Located in west Worcester, Oak House Workspace is perfect for professionals who need space away from the office or home. With four meeting areas available, each space provides an affordable and fully equipped space to hire by the hour, part day, or full day.
Meeting Room Options
The Boardroom is our most popular meeting room, providing a professional and functional setting for meetings of up to six attendees. Fully equipped with a 50” TV and videoconferencing facilities, this space is perfect for presenting to a small team, brainstorming for an upcoming project, or attending virtual collaborations.

If you’re looking for a more relaxed and informal setting, Meeting Room Two has just that. With a large and comfy sofa, this space provides comfort without compromising functionality, allowing two or three people to catch up over coffee.

Zoom/Podcasting Room (Meeting Room Three)
For those creating content, such as webinars or podcasts, or anyone needing a quiet environment for online meetings or deep-focused work, our soundproofed room is just what you need. This space is ideal for individuals who need complete privacy with zero interruption and excellent sound quality, making it perfect for high-quality virtual interactions or recordings.

For large and informal gatherings, you can hire the main Oak House Workspace. This open-plan area is ideal for collaborative team sessions, workshops or informal meetings. Whilst this space provides a relaxed area that encourages collaboration and productivity, it isn’t private and is only suitable for discussions that don’t require privacy or confidentiality.

We want you to focus on what matters most, your meeting. We include a range of amenities with every booking to include:
- Free superfast Wi-Fi
- Flipcharts, whiteboards and pens
- Unlimited tea and coffee
- Free onsite car parking
To ensure you have everything you need on the day, we’ll liaise with you in advance to discuss any specific requirements. Whilst we don’t offer catering, we’re happy to recommend some excellent local caters that we use.
